I think Wes’s question of whether to throw in the towel on a relatively new business or endeavor is a valid question for all start ups or new enterprises. I think we all have self doubt and limiting resources. However I think it is a combination of skillset coupled with proper mindset that is the foundation of any business.
In this episode I’ll discuss that the strongest form of energy come from the greatest pressures and so if you have a lot of resistance this is where you’ll have your greatest breakthroughs. that energy will make you uncomfortable creating a driving force for you to dig deep and take decisions.
Occasionally or maybe more often than not, People start a business as a passion project or a hobby. And that is ok as long as you are not relying on that as a sole source of income.
But in order to have a viable business model you have to have a proven process and system to accompany your product or service. You have to know your market share. Who your target market is? And have a team of people or resources you can count on to deliver to your goods to market.
This type of endeavor really does take more than just passion, however if you can build your business around your passion that just makes it that much more rewarding.
I can’t emphasize as we how important customer service is. Not only for your fans but your haters. The people that complain are just as important as those who praise.
